REFUND POLICY
At NebulaByte, we strive to ensure every customer has a great experience with our platform. If you're not satisfied with a game purchase, we're here to help. 🛠️ Eligibility for Refunds You may request a refund for most digital game purchases if the following conditions are met: The refund is requested within 14 days of purchase. The game has not been played for more than 2 hours. The key has not been activated outside of NebulaByte (if it's a third-party key). The title was purchased directly through NebulaByte (not via a bundled or third-party promotion). 🚫 Non-Refundable Items The following purchases are not eligible for a refund: Games or DLCs that have been played for more than 2 hours. In-game purchases, virtual currency, or consumable digital content. Products marked as non-refundable or part of limited-time bundles. Gifts that have been redeemed by the recipient. 💬 How to Request a Refund To request a refund: Go to your Account > Purchase History. Select the product and click “Request Refund.” Fill out the short form with the reason for the refund. Our support team will review and respond within 48 hours. 💳 Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit based on user preference or payment method availability.
